How to workout when you don't have enough time to exercise! ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿพโ € โ € Most of us have a weekly workout schedule. Well, one we are at least "supposed" to follow... โ € You see, life is quite unpredictable and its just natural that sometimes we won't be able to make it and stick to our schedule. โ € Like that time when you had to stay longer at work... โ € Like that time when you hit the snooze and didn't wake up early enough... โ € Like that time when you realized you had to run for another errand you had totally forgot about... โ € Well, what do you do in those cases? Do you just skip your workout? โ € Here's a few consequences of not working out: โ € 1. Working out would have given you a jolt of energy. You miss this extra energy and feeling of well-being by skipping your exercise. โ € 2. Skipping your exercise will probably leave you feeling guilty, especially if you have done it a couple of times in a row. โ € 3. Working out would have kept your fitness momentum intact. Growing your momentum is super important, the more you feel the urge to exercise the less you would want to skip out on it. Skipping workouts make your momentum decrease. โ € My advice ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿพ โ € I recommend having a set plan B of workouts when you're pressed for time and plan A doesn't fit. โ € 1. Create a program that's short in duration. If your workout takes 1 hr long try a HIIT workout that only last 15 min. โ € 2. Location independent. You can do this workout anywhere and any time of the day! โ € 3. Equipment free.
